since a couple of days i'm almost unable to browse the site because it won't load at all or if it loads it take a very long time to do so, sometimes it times out even.
any help would be aprreciated thanks

It works great for me from every location I test with VPN without VPN using a tunnel from another location whatever I try the site works well so I think it's probably on your side.

Does anyone else have this problem?

It would also be helpful if you gave some details about your location approximately, what kind of system you are using if you're on a mobile phone on a tablet if your Wi-Fi on cable Etc

it's very hard to help somebody without information.

I am not having any issues with access. Loads super fast.

location europe. connection is cable and cat5, pc. traceroute seemed ok was getting ping timeouts after some hops. right now site runs fast but it's a reocurring thing. will see if it's better using a vpn.

If you have a router you can try to restart it when it happens. It can make a difference in some cases.
