Aaron Simpson, Steve Steinbeiss agree to UFC 103 contests
Arizona Combat Sports products Aaron Simpson (5-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) and Steve Steinbeiss (4-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC) have reportedly agreed to meet an unknown pair of foes at the as-yet-unannounced UFC 103 in September.
The additions to the still-developing card were reported by FiveOuncesOfPain.com.
While initial reports have indicated UFC 103 may be targeted for a European destination, FiveOuncesOfPain.com reports that Phoenix is also being considered as a potential host for the event.
Simpson makes his second appearance for the UFC after earning "Knockout of the Night" honors with a first-round TKO over Tim McKenzie at April's "UFC Fight Night 18."
The former collegiate wrestling champion has won all five of his professional contests by knockout or TKO. Four of the five stoppages. have come in the first round.
Simpson's training partner, Steinbeiss, will be looking to rebound from a November 2008 split-decison loss to Carmelo Marrero in the WEC. A three-time BodogFIGHT veteran, Steinbeiss' potential UFC 103 fight will be his first for the organization.
UFC 103 will also feature Efrain Escudero's first action since being crowned "TUF 8" champion. The undefeated lightweight will meet Cole Miller on the event.
Hermes Franca is also expected to appear on the UFC 103 card.

Frank Trigg is reporting that his first return fight will take place at UFC 103 against Josh Koscheck.

You can add Mirko CroCop vs. Junior dos Santos and Rich Franklin vs. Dan Henderson II to the card.
I fully expect Henderson and dos Santos to win.
