Hello, i have got some instructionals to share and have tried torrenting, only to get stuck at the end when the message "redownload to get a passkey" came up. Not sure what this means but i tried deleting and downloading again but my torrent was still 0 seeders to 7 unhappy leachers so at the moment its deleted of the tracker. How can i rectify this id like to give back to the community.

If you understand what the message means maybe you can solve it.
Let's say you use your Torrent Client (app like qBittorrent or Transmissions) to create the .torrent file.
That .torrent file usually contains all of the information needed for the peers in the network to find you. (like the infohash, file data, etc...)
Now because mma-torrents is a Private Torrent Tracker one more field is needed: passkey.
Passkey proves to the peers in the network you are also a part of the Private community.
So the way you add the passkey is upload your own .torrent file, our server than automatically adds the key, and you can download the updated .torrent file.
For example you upload:
Code: example.torrent
And you download:
Code: example[https___mma-torrents.com].torrent
Then you seed the torrent file that has "[https___mma-torrents.com]" added to it.
Because that version of the file has the Passkey.
I hope that makes sense and maybe helps a little.

When you see the message "redownload to get a passkey" do exactly that, click download on your own torrent so that it is added to your torrent client with the personal passkey so that you start seeding it

Hi. I uploaded my first torrent today. Using qBittorrent, but when I redownloaded to get the passkey, this message appeared "Torrent (...) is already in the transfer list. Trackers haven't been merged because it is a private torrent." is that normal? What should I do?
I didn't know what to do so I did all the process again with ruTorrent and manually change the tracker adding my passkey, it worked but seems I did extra steps

@hundstern - you don't have to do anything.
You did everything right the first time. :)

You already got the passkey.
You are trying to do it again now... so the torrent client is refusing.
