I have mma-torrents plugged into utorrent via the rss feed. All works perfectly.

However ideally what I would like to do is only download one copy of each UFC main event.

At the moment my filter setting is configured like this; UFC*1080*VERUM

However the day after a main event it may not be a VERUM upload which is available first. Sometimes I end up changing this filter e.g. UFC*1080*FightBB, so i can get a release downloaded asap.

Is there any filtering that anyone uses to ensure they only download the first available upload of a UFC main event?

Smart episode filter won't work as not all events have episodes filled in.

Have you tried the "Minimum interval" setting? It might do it for you... Set to download max 1 UFC 1080 a day for example. It might do the trick...

Yes I can try that, however I was thinking if another user adds a new version of the event 1 day later, i imagine the torrent client will download that as well...

Yes, I guess you would have to disable the filter temporarily until next event.
