Ok my friends are all bigger than me weight wise. one boxes around the state the other has trained a little in MMA. I way 135 and have around 8 years of taekwondo behind me. we'll be siting around and all of sudden they want to grapple with me. I'll hold them off for a bit but they ALWAYS get me in the end. Is there anything you guys know that can help me actually be able to tap them out? any help would be grateful

The best thing to do is practice Brazilian Jujitsu.

There really aren't any tricks that you can use other than learning the moves required to submit your opponent as well as understanding their weaknesses so that you can exploit them.

Obviously learning transition moves to enable yourself to be in better tactical positions is also a must.

Downloading instructional video's and practicing with friends is a way to improve your BJJ, if you don't have access to BJJ classes. There are a few fighters in the UFC he learned BJJ this way in the beginning.

Also there are many exercises you can do on your own which will improve your BJJ as well. Perhaps searching for BJJ workouts or something similar.
