Post subject: Account Banned whilst still trying to seed content (solved)

I have downloaded a 21GB file today which took my ratio down to 0.39. 3 hours later, whilst trying to seed, the system has banned my account. It did not give no warning or anytime to get the ratio up just blocked my account straight away. Is there any way to get my account back without paying as I was still seeding the content I downloaded?
All my torrents still say seeding in my Utorrent. (May not say it once tracker has updated)
