Hi all,

I'm very new at seeding, but I rented a Evo Seedbox (which runs rutorrent) to help build my ratio. However, I'm really struggling to get it working. I downloaded a file originally on qBittorrent and have it stored locally. When I try to add the torrent it seems dead in the water, neither uploading or downloading to my Seedbox. Does anyone have trouble shooting suggestions for a commercial seedbox? I will likely file a support ticket with them if I can't get it resolved here.

Normally all you need to do is add the torrent in rutorrent and it should start to download. If it doesnt start it is most likely not a problem with the tracker because many of our users use rutorrent.

I think you will get a faster solution, or at least you should, if you contact the seedbox company's support because they will know their system best and can probably fix it for you.
