My account recently got disabled due to low ratio and I recovered it via donation.

I tried Option 1 but for some reason my credit card payment didn't go through like before.

So I paid the donation via Option 2 and it went through yet I haven't gained account access back or received any confirmation of payment from admins.

Can someone please advise?

For the record: You entered a different email when you made your donation from the one you are registered here with, and you did not reply to our emails sent out to that email.

Now that everything is cleared out your account has been re-enabled and upgraded accordingly to your donations.
