Hi, my profile says I've downloaded 30.5GB when I have only knowingly downloaded one item at 3.4GB . This has put me in a bad ratio position.

I have been trying to configure a seedbox and don't know if this is the cause. But is there anyway an Admin can look at this for me? (You should see from your logs I've only downloaded that one item I mentioned - but perhaps multiple times by accident).

Please can you rectify my ratio because it's the result of trying to get my seedbox to work, not leeching.

UPDATE: My download value keeps going up. It now says I've downloaded 37.5GB...

For your information, you have downloaded same torrent twice and are seeding them double. Something isnt right for sure. Did you share your account with anyone?
Stop any torrents that you are seeding for now is my tip.

Update: There does not seem to be anything wrong with the seedbox. I am monitoring both the seedbox and your account and so far 0 kb has been added to the downloaded amount. I suspect the issue was that you might have been seeding from multiple locations at same time and this caused errors in the system.

You also have logins from 2 different countries in your account. For your information, if you share your account in a way that breaks our rules you risk the system punishing you and disabling your account, so don't do that!


UPDATE: It was indeed seeding from double locations that was the problem. Now corrected. The double country was a VPN issue and no problems at all.


I consider this solved now.
