Yeah that's what I thought at first then I started thinking, Hrmm maybe not he looks a little different in the face, and the curly hair.
According to Sherdog Hong Man Choi has only fought 4 times. Against Jose Canseco, Mirko Filipovic, Fedor Emelianenko and Bobby Ologun. They show this guy fighting Wanderlei and indicate that he has fought rampage as well.

He just hasn't been the same fighter he was before he had the tumor removed.
