Id say choose to download torrents that have at least 1 or more seeders (S column) and read the comments and descriptions is my best tip

Smartest is to keep eyes open and get all new stuff and seed/keep it uploading for months as new members will search and go back and download it months after it was uploaded. Very good for you ratio
