Also, living legend Sam-A Gaiyanghadao makes his highly anticipated return in the co-main event. At 42 years old, the former multiple-time ONE World Champion is embarking on one final run at glory – and with two straight wins fueling his momentum, no one should dare count him out.
Standing in his path is 28-year-old Moroccan knockout artist Elmehdi El Jamari, a lethal boxer who has made a habit of putting his opponents’ lights out. At ONE Fight Night 42, he will be looking to destroy the icon’s fairytale comeback story in their strawweight Muay Thai showdown.
A ONE Lightweight Kickboxing World Championship bout for the vacant title between former champion (also a current ONE Lightweight Muay Thai World Champion) Regian Eersel and Rungrawee Sitsongpeenong was scheduled to headline the event.But the bout was moved to ONE Friday Fights 150 instead, Therefore, a Welterweight bout between Chase Mann and Dzhabir Dzhabrailov will headline the event.[
