When i go anywhere other than the forum i am unable to. I haven't been on this site in a long time ... am i banned and how can i be re-instated.

The Forum is open for all but tracker is invite only. (Its required that you register separately in forum and tracker).

Did you have an account on the tracker? If so request a password reminder.
