When you download torrents from mma-torrents a unique passkey is added to the announce string on each torrent. This is how the tracker knows that it is you seeding. So in the end it doesn't matter if you seed from home or a seedbox, it will still be counted towards your ratio correctly.

Okay, you're new. You want to be a good member and contribute where your can. Great! Welcome to MMA-Torrents! Just my opinion though, if you're really new to torrent clients but got as far as actually purchasing a seed box then you must know how pass keys work? Seriously though, the MMA-torrents tracker like all others, are all knowing, so no worries. Like dent says, however you get the torrent from the site while using your login the pass key will be automatically embedded into the torrent file and loaded into your client.
