Hello,
I uploaded a torrent around 5 days ago and I seeded around 15.5 Gb today I was checking the progress of seeding to find out that the seeding bar is red, when I tried to force start I got "files missing from job". I tried to remove the torrent and reopen the .torrent file from my pc in hopes to seed it again but then the torrent started downloading as if I didn`t have the file already (I`m the one who uploaded it first) I made sure to have the same file selected (disk e) in this case and I lost 1 gb from my download capacity for no apparent reason and I can no longer seed my own turrent losing even more download capacity

Hello,

If files are missing from the job it means that you have removed or deleted some files in the torrents files directory. Or that they have in some other way have gone corrupt, maybe from a faulty hard drive or similar.

This guide explains how to properly add a reseed on a torrent

You should be able to do same thing. If some files are missing it should only download those and not the whole torrent if you do it right.
