Quick question to ask what the terms are on using applications like popcorn time to stream the torrents rather than download them is this against the TOS or would it be allowed if my ratio is good enough ?

Let me put it this way. The torrents are for the members of the tracker. We are a private tracker and only members are allowed to download the torrents from our members. That said... If you use a program or tool that allows you to watch the torrent "streamed" to yourself while downloading rather then downloading it using a normal torrent client there are of course no problems. If you stream it to multiple users that are not members it is against our rules. I imagine you meant the first so you should not have any problems! Just make sure you keep that ratio up
