So I have fightpass but the 720p HD stream is not very good. There's a number of jaggies due to overcompression on the UFC's part and other issues that could be cleared up with a different encoder.

Is there any software I could use to Cap and Re-broadcast (internally) to pick up the stream with MPC-HC and MadVR to use my high powered GPU to clean this up? Capture and re-broadcast to an internal URL is what I'm looking for.
