Does anyone have any good methods for capping the UFC prelims shown on Facebook? I've tried Applian Replay Media Catcher but it doesn't seem to do the job (it captures multiple files with overlapping/missing sections, so impossible to join). I've also tried a screen recorder like Camtasia Recorder. but this doesn't capture at a decent frame rate.

Has anyone got any tips?

Great question....i wouldnt mind knowing..if you stream via vlc you can record at sametime i think
