Hello,

You are asking what specific tools a scene group uses and the way the scene works they will never share that information.

There is no single encoding application that all scene groups use. For the scene, as long as the resulting encode meets the rules of that section, groups can use whatever they like.
Most are heavily scripted or customized versions of popular software. mencoder, ffmpeg, etc.

The tools used can be any as long as they comply with the rules. As you can see the rules are extremely specific.

If you are simply looking for a tool to encode or re-encode Handbrake is a classic https://handbrake.fr/ and its free.

i have a paid version from AIseesoft vc
but capping from satellite with 1080i
need specific thing to deal with the file
