First create the torrent in utorrent by choosing create torrent.

as "tracker" in utorrent, when you create the new torrent.
Remove anything else and make sure you only have the above tracker.
Make sure you have both Start seeding and Private torrent checked!Click
Create and save as... When the torrent has finished being created you get a .torrent file that you then save on your computer.
The torrent you just created will now show in utorrent as red, like this:
After creating the torrent in utorrent you use the .torrent file you saved to make the upload with description etc from the Upload page on the torrent tracker.
After clicking Submit on upload page and uploading the torrent you are asked to re-download the torrent file to add the passkey.
You do this, click to download the .torrent file, and you start it in utorrent.
Utorrent asks you if you would like to add the passkeys, you click yes.
The torrent turns green (or blue depending on version) in utorrent and you are finished.
