I'm not tho? After clicking upload, nothing happens. The page just refreshes. I'm not shown any option to redownload to add passkey. How do I solve this?

Usually you would mention what client you are using to make it easier for us to help you, and what OS you are on etc.

But in general...

Click download torrent on your own upload. Start the torrent in your torrent client.
