Post subject:  Need recommendation for good Muay Thai Instructional

Hi All ,

I have recently started training Muay Thai at my local gym . I have some grappling /wrestling experience but no exposure to striking except karate training which i trained for 20 years ago.

What will be a good Instructional to supplement my gym training which can help me improve my striking skills.

thanks

Hi mate,

While I have no specific recommendation, you can always download what is available right now and see if there is something you like

Sean Fagan is always good, check out the tutorial on his youtube page with my coach, Zach Bunnell.

Also, Warrior Collective is pretty good on youtube as well. Panicos Usef and Damion Trainor are class acts and super good coaches. Lotsa good stuff there.

She travels around Thailand and trains with all the best Thais. Its a phenomenal channel. If you want to spend some money, she has a Patreon as well.

Liamharrisontraining.com is good as well.
