Though this one wasn’t without controversy. Charlie took a stagger shot, and dropped, but PROMPTLY got his guard back up, immediately working through the short punches to fire a takedown attempt, completely clear headed at that point. I hear ya mate, it was an early stoppage thats for sure. Of course to protect him from getting more hurt but its obvious that UFC needs to allow changes to decisions like that after watching instant replay or it will happen over and over. Everybody can make a mistake even if they shouldnt and it would have been easy to just start the round again in the middle.
