Hey guys!

I have been thinking a lot about all the trashtalking some fighters do and some dont.

Sometimes I think it creates a great hype for fights and its good for everybody, but sometimes it becomes too much and sometimes, afterwards it all seemed pathetic.

Some examples are BJ Penn and what about this from Tim Silvia:

"I will fight for the whole MMA community"

(not thats its direct trashtalking but its a funny clip now afterwards)

A better example is BJ Penn vs GSP or Dan Hardy vs Marcus Davies

Wouldnt it be better for the fans if fighters showed more humbleness and dedicated less energy on the trashtalking so that we would see the fights without the fighters bringing their psycological issues into the ring.

Or do you think its good with thrashtalk?

I'm impartial. I think it's part of any competitive sport. I usually like the fighters who talk less and fight more, but there are a few fighters that make me laugh with their "trash talking". So I accept it, but I don't prefer it.

still people complain about Mir trashtalking and Brocks reaction after the fight.

Should there be a limit of how much trashtalking could be done and should the fighters not be more humble and real Martial Artists and let their skills talk?

I don't have a problem with trash talk (especially if someone pays for it, i.e. Mir), but I do have a big problem with Tim Sylvia fighting "for the whole MMA community." That is just terrible.
