Sick idea to train with 3 guys rushing at you and doing all they can to hold you down and you trying to escape. I think more then anything it prepares you mentally. Repetition makes it easier to make the right desicions when the real thing happens. |

ppl talk lots of shit in general about seagal.. but no joke.. hes a bad ass dude.. very fast for 6foot4 frame.. aikido has many similarities to white crain in using the apponents incoming force agains him.. the closeline n shit.. you can look on you tube.. infact hold on.. [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaVDFW_o1cA[/youtube] so steven went down to black house and traind silva and machida and a few others.. now i seen this vid way b4 silva kicked belfort.. so i wasnt too shocked when he did it.. and credited seagal for the kick.. you see them working on it.. you see sliva in pain a few times.. and trying to understand stevens technix.. its kinda cool.. whole point.. seagal is no joke! and silva is really in2 incorperating these crazy moves.. but into MMA.. in a realistic way.. you think he is good now.. next few years.. silva is really gonna evolve.. with that being said.. GSP is gonna run right through him.. literaly! lol |
