I was pretty excited for this event after all the hype, but I must say that i wasn't that happy with it (The German fans were booing frequently as well).

Davis vs Hardy wasn't what I expected it to be. It appeared as though Davis over-trained due to his deep hatred of Hardy which caused him to gas in the 1st round which is dismal for the welterweight division.

Swick is an animal and I knew he would be too much for Saunders who didn't really get to implement any type of game. Swick used a perfect game-plan by taking Saunders down to nullify his reach in the stand-up, and when they were on the feet Swick landed some nice shots eventually overwhelming Saunders with speed and precision.

Cro-cop looked better than he did in his previous fights and although the unintentional poke occurred I don't think it changed the outcome of the fight.

Cheick Kongo should retire! or go to K-1 Kickboxing. It is ridiculous that someone competing at this level could have worse jujitsu than myself! He appears to be totally inept on the ground and doesn't even appear to know his own strengths. On two separate occasions he had Cain rocked and instead of keeping distance and trying to finish him with punches he clinched, which resulted in him being taken down and owned.

Franklin vs Silva was a decent fight that went back and forth. I think Franklin used his range nicely although at times I think he did get a little to wild which resulted in him getting rocked twice.

Looking forward to seeing some Knockouts in UFC 100!

Joe Rogan may call that a solid chin, but I call it questionable at best. A good chin means your eyes don't roll back into your head when you get popped in the head with a fade-away hook.
