I am looking for the niche, unconventional, but downright REVOLUTIONARY instructionals that you believe were paradigm-shifting to your overall game. I don't want to hear about "Systematically Attacking my Physiology With Roids" by Ryan, "Insert Sexual Innuendo Here" by Jones, or "Masturbating the Move" by Danaher. Of course, we all know those are excellent instructionals, but those chumps are banned here. I want to hear about stuff from legit practitioners (competition proven or not) who filthy hobbyists like me have never heard of.

One that I found recently is Paul Schreiner. Cohesive, clear, and detail oriented. Specifically Connected Reaction: Second Guard. He's got a calm and clear delivery that's refreshing after the creepy robotic stare of Danaher, the autistic and nasally mutterings of Ryan, or the wry and perpetually ironic Jones. I know Schreiner's stuff on Fanatics are "Bestsellers", but I didn't know much about him before the last week or so. Non-mainstream to me, I suppose.

I look forward to hearing your picks!

I really enjoyed Haleem Syed's instructionals. Thought they were structured really nicely and great to work through with a partner, especially his back one.

Thanks: are you referring to his RNC instructional?

Yes, I thought that one was particularly well-done. He has these "drill the skill" drills where you go live with training partner with specific objectives in mind and it really helped my finishing from the back. I don't think it's revolutionary or anything, but a good, concise compendium of what really works and how to train it.
