keep it up bro, and dont forget to warmup well to prevent musclepain and injuries.

Do you do a lot of streching after warmup and/or afther training?

I normally stretch and do a 1 mile warm up jog prior to XC, before I lift I usually don't but I lift right after I run as thats when its most convenient to get to the gym for me. Prior to boxing I stretch a bit and jump rope, sometimes I do the footwork drills as well.

I think I'm gonna try to go to the boxing gym as much as possible rather than 3x a week. I'm still doing 10/day but I wanna sign up because its cheaper and cements my status going there.

Tomorrow I have an XC meet against 2 bum teams and 1 amazing team lol. Then I'm gonna lift and finish the day with boxing.

ok cool bro, I was mostly curious because I find it makes a big difference to stretch thoroughly before and after training, gives you a lot less pain after and makes you less stiff.

I was scared that this thread might lose life once school starts back up and that looks to be how it is, sorry guys :oops:. I have school from 6:45AM-2:25PM, XC from 2:25PM-5:30PM, Gym 5:30PM-7:00PM, Boxing when I go anytime from 7:00PM to 8:00PM then I stay for an hour-ish. Then I have to do homework before, in between, or after those. Sigh, but its whatever, y'know. I'm gonna try to keep on keeping on :).

Morning Breakfast
- 8oz Coffee w/ Milk and Sugar
- 1x Egg, Sausage, Cheese on a Biscuit
- 4oz Root Beer :O lol
- 1x Opti-Men
- 2x Fish Oil

School Lunch:
- 1x 11.5oz Snapple Lemon Iced Tea
- 2x Meatball Subs (3 Meatballs/sub)
- 1x 8oz of 1% Milk
- 4oz Orange Juice
- 2x M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1/2x Apple

Snack:
- 1x Serving BSN Syntha-6 w/ Whole Milk
- 1x Opti-Men
- 2x Fish Oil

Now I'm home :P
Boxing later? Most likely since I'm not going to the gym.

(3mins per round, 1min rest in between rounds, 30 second burnout at the end of each round)

1 Round Corner to Corner Drills
1 Round Side To Side Line Jumping Drills
5 Rounds on the Heavy Bag

Yeah, I know, thanks for all the support Dent! And happy anniversary to this awesome place and the people who made it what it is today. On that note I may be going back to MMA instead of continuing boxing because I just have a love for all aspects of the fight that boxing doesn't satisfy completely.
