Thank you again for all answers on this topic!

I went to a doctor, a good one I know and that has over 25 years in the profession and that I trust. I asked him about eggs, whites and yokes, how much can you eat, when does it become dangerous, how many can I eat every day?

And he told me that you can eat as many eggwhites as you like every day without any risk at all to your health. They do not contain anything except proteins basicly. But even thought the yoke contains other kinds of important proteines that you also need, you should be careful with eating too many, not because its directly bad for your health to eat a yoke, but because they contain a very high amount of cholestorol, wich can IN SOME CASES be dangerous. BUT if you eat healthy, excersise regularely and dont have any dignosed health problems there is nothing that says you cant eat the whole egg. But as many other products that we eat daily already contain egg yoke, like bread or pasta, you get the amount you need without adding more yokes to your diet. So its better to only eat the eggwhite if your purpose is to use it as a proteine supplement.

Regarding milk, I dont think its bad for you, but I do think that its bad to drink milk that has been tampered a lot with, like low fat milks that they strip from all nutrients basicly, then add artificially vitamines etc to it. That should be illegal! I rather drink a lot of water, and a moderate amount of normal, fat, milk, then drink many liters of low fat milk.

In the end it all comes down to how much you burn.

Only problem i've ever had with Milk or any dairy product is the phlegm. But i have heard of the 4 litre of milk a day diet that runs around 5 bucks a day here would be cheaper for something else.

My normal protein snack go-to is a bag of (typically beef) jerky. Usually 50%+ protein, so you don't need to eat a massive amount. Really should take my own advice there... I normally demolish a bag. Too tasty ;)

Either that or peanut butter on a toasted bagel. Sometimes with a smear of honey or maple syrup on top.

I would like to get some tips for protein supplements.

I usually make a shake of porridge oats, milk and eggwhites. Preferably mixed with some tasty fruit if available, banana, peach or even berries of some kind. It contains a fair amount of proteines and works pretty well as a supplement between meals in order to gain musclemass.

But Im sure you guys have some tips on other things. Preferably not some powder or commercial product, unless you have some special arguments.

Thanks in advance!

Your best bet is using a combination of caseinate and egg protein, most brands carry the same protein just different labels. :DDD
