Unfortunately we will have to take a small break in the competitions and last years conclusion of the league due to all admins, moderators and coders being very busy right now.

Competitions and all with it will soon be back!

Most bugs should be fixed now but we still have few minor things to take care of in the backend.

Thanks for your support and patience guys! :)

Cheers for the updates Dent, completely understand how much time this all takes up, so kudos to you all. I'm sure we can hang tight until you are good and ready!

Hi. In the last two days I noticed that when uploading, the screenshots or posters associated with the torrent were often swapped with others.
Example: In Empire MMA 7 there were later several screenshots of LFA 174.
With other torrents such as SBS 4 or FEN 51, posters and screenshots were swapped automatically (or by a user?) several times.

Someone highlighted the same issue recently to Dent, after analysing the code today i came to the conclusion that the overwriting of images could occur at times, it is a concurrency (race condition) problem, that particular part of the code not been changed but i believe the changes that now make the site faster have brought this issue to light.

It will be fixed in the next upcoming week so apologies for anyone affected in the meantime.

Update:

The problem can be directly seen here:

https://mma-torrents.com/torrents-details.php?id=67424

The ID given to that record is 67424

The images when stored would be saved as

[ID][X].[EXT]

Given that two images can be posted you could expect the images to be saved as something like:

674240.jpg
674241.jpg

This works fine as when we get to record 674240 the images would be saved as:

6742400.jpg
6742401.jpg

However the issue is that these images are given a ID before the torrent record is even made which is why sometimes the torrent with the next ID up is getting the images of the previous torrent.

Hi there,
Not sure if this is related to the server update, but I'm running BitTorrent 7.11 and all of my downloads and uploads from the site are inactive (d/l say Finding Peers, u/l say Seeding). The status for Peer Exchange, Local Peer Directory and DHT all show "not allowed" for status. Any advice on how to get this fixed if it's unrelated to the update? Thanks in advance.

Shiz happens. ;)

The only errors I really noticed were RSS curl errors, but those have stopped appearing now, so my guess is it was addressed.

Thanks for the hard work in upgrading and returning the service. :)
