Post as many descriptions as you can about the move also maybe a pic to help the guesses. once it is corectly guessed you may post a new one.. An ******** ***** is an arm triangle from the front headlock position. The man on top threads his arm under the opponents neck and through the armpit, and grasps his biceps. The performer then attempts to pin the bottom man onto the trapped shoulder so as to better interrupt the flow of blood, all the while applying pressure with the grasped biceps. He may accomplish this by rolling the man over the untrapped shoulder, and use the momentum to turn the man onto his trapped shoulder. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira was the first one to use it in MMA, although he and his twin brother learned this submission from Luis "Buscape" Firmino. can you guess this move ? |

Anaconda choke. Guess this move: I am simply pulling my foot in front of my opponent's face in order to achieve the proper positioning. Once my foot is in front of my opponent's face, I will make the 'triangle' with my legs in order to gain increased leverage downward on my opponent's shoulder. Having my left leg in front of my opponent's neck will also make it difficult for my opponent to come back at me. I will now sit up by placing my right arm over my opponent's back as shown here in figure three. It is important to do this so that my opponent does not simply roll out of my move right away. |

OHH GOOD ONE - Aranha Omoplata The performer places both legs around the leg of an opponent while holding the foot attached to that leg in their armpit. Then the applier twists the ankle while holding the heel with the forearm. The twist is what separates it from a standard ankle lock. |

Flying Scissor Heel Hook The fighter sprawls, hooking with one of his arms the oponent arm and clasping really thight both his hands together. The fighter stands over the head of his oponent and falls backwards with one of his legs on the head of the oponent and the other on the back, applying pressure with both hands on both arm and neck. Crappy explanation but it´s easy to guess |

cool ok here we go: spinal lock submission technique applied by pulling, bending, twisting or elongating the neck beyond its normal ranges of rotation, and causes hyperextension, hyperflexion, hyperrotation or extension-distraction of the cervical spine. |
