Even though its not supposed to be my turn, I did get the lapel choke correct while Dent was absent. Really I just want to keep this thread alive and active, since it's pretty fun. Hints:
It's a submission technique that is rarely used in MMA and No-Gi grappling due to its high-risk/low-reward ratio. It has a very specific and simple name, so giving hits without using words involved in the name is difficult. But to elaborate on the picture: to finish the technique and force a tap, the guy with his right hand on the other guys sock could let go with his left hand(hence the high risk of losing position, in this picture he is using his left hand to keep control), clasp both hands together on top of the other guys foot, and pull downward fast and hard.

Calf Slicer, maybe??

I'm trying to figure out if a Calf Slicer is just another name for this move, the descriptions and pics I've looked at are so similar.
EDIT: I checked the site I used to get the pic from, and other sites, and it is in fact also known is a calf/knee-slicer/compression/cruncher!

Sorry for all the edits, it took me a while to figure out it had so many different names because it could be executed so many different ways. I was looking for Knee Compression, as per this site.
