Been a while since I have been around regularly, but I have been a member for about 10 years I think.
I also teach Muay Thai and am about that old man martial arts life. Ha.

Early congrats!!  Better say hello 10 years later then never   Indeed it is! Always loved this place. Thanks for making it what it is!

Hey everyone!
Joined in August of last year. I haven't really used the forums before but it looks pretty friendly around here so I figured I'd say hello. I joined primarily for instructionals as I train BJJ and judo, but I really like to learn from instructionals and attempt to incorporate a new move or position as often as I feel like I can grasp them.
Look forward to interacting with you all in the future.
