So the mystery guy is André Pederneiras, the head trainer at Nova Uniao in Brazil.
-He fought mostly in Japan and once in the USA. With a record of 1-1-2 he faced against Rumina Sato, Caol Uno, Genki Sudo in Japan and lost to Pat Miletich in the USA.
-Being the trainer of Novo Uniao he is the head trainer of UFC Featherweight champion Jose Aldo alongside Renan Barao who fought at the week end.
-He trained with BJ Penn when BJ was training at Nova Uniao and was actually awarded his black belt by Pederneiras in 2000.
-He lost to Pat Miletich the UFC Welterweight champion at UFC 21 in July 1999.
I totally missed that he fought Pat M. I saw it now. Nice one bro!
