Post subject:  Time running out with negative ratio, help?

Hi

I realize and apologize for my stupid move of my first download being a non-freeseed torrent. I didn't realise until a few days ago how badly it affected my ratio and am now trying my best to get my ratio up before i get booted this saturday.

I haven't downloaded any other torrent since then besides freeseed ones which I am seeding 24/7. Unfortunately they're uploading little and am therefore only at 0.01 of my required 0.4 ratio by saturday. Is there any chance of extending the time to allow me to get my ratio up? I have no intention of downloading anything until my ratio is satisfactory.

many thanks

Hi,

No there is no way to extend the time or similar. When you registered you checked a box saying that you had read and understood the rules.

If you are already at this point (ratio 0.03) after a week I think you would benefit most from making a small donation to boost your ratio. Alternatively if you would upload one or a few new torrents you might also be able to get it back to 0.4, It can be done if you know how to build ratio and make uploads, but by just seeding what you already have it might be hard for you in the short time you have left before your account gets auto disabled by the system..

I encourage all new members to take reading the rules seriously!

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. It's my fault. Ratio is back up and I'll make sure it stays that way.
