I made a recent donation and when I logged in I was auto banned. Can an admin look into this? I usually get notified every time I log into my account when it’s time to make another donation. Please help. Thanks.

To clarify. It looks like you recovered your account after being disabled for not following the ratio rules. After recovering the account you downloaded and didnt maintain your ratio, again, and your account is now disabled for low ratio, again. After recovering an account you can not just start downloading again, you need to build up ratio carefully.

Now you can recover it again, or not, as you please.

I see that you have recovered your account, but you are not yet VIP. Recovering the account doesn't give you VIP and immunity against autoban, it simply re-opens the account and gives you 10 GB so you don't get banned again. But now you need to either donate again to become VIP, or build up ratio the slow and patience way.
