Post subject:  I am having issues with Verifying my forum account - Updated again
Nothing happens after click on Verify button. Can tou explain how it works and what I'm doing wrong?

Hi guys.

It does work, over 130 members are verified so far, but maybe it broke...

Does a pop up window come up with an error?

Update: Just made a test and verified an unverified account and it worked fine.

Tested in Firefox, Chrome and Edge and all works for me.

You need to be logged in to the tracker and at same time, and in same browser, be logged in to the forum.

Once you are fully logged in on both places you go to the Verify button and click it.

Once the verification process is done a popup comes up with a text either saying that you are now verified

Or that you need to login to the forum before verifying

Or a popup with another error.

If it says that you are verified you are all done and should see a green shield when you refresh page.

I logged in to the forum and tracker. No popup windows at all and no signs of blocked popup. Still nothing happens after clicking. Once more tried in Chrome and Edge.

Update: Right now tried on another notebook and Android phone. All the same.

Same for me. I see the „verify“ button but I can’t even click on it. If I click on it nothing happens.
Tried on my laptop (chrome and Mozilla), my iPad (safari) and my phone (android chrome). All with the same result

Weird... It sure works fine for me but I believe you.
I will talk to the coder and see if he can find any reason for some users not being able to verify.

Maybe it can help. Something wrong in my Forum page.
You can see in attachment that my Inbox is empty. although at the top written "1 new message" and 4 new messages indicated at the left side - Inbox (4).

Yeah that is weird. Let me clean the cache of forum and see if it helps. I will also send you a private message here, if you get it reply :)
