Nah, you don't need to be VIP to use the tracker, any userclass can do so. Just make sure your ratio stays over the minimum allowed once your VIP time runs out. Donations are voluntary but maintaining ratio above the minimum is mandatory. If you can keep your ratio up by seeding / uploading you don't have to donate again unless you want to to support the tracker in general. |
