Help! I was banned previously for having a low ratio. I seed everything I finish, honestly, but most of the stuff I get, no one else did, so my ratio suffered. Now I have donated to the site to become a VIP, and I received an e-mail notification that my donation was received and I should be able to enjoy the new benefits, but my account is still disabled! Can any admin member re-enable my account please!!! Thanks so much in advance.
