Hello, I am writing this message because I am a new member. I just signed up today I have been doing a lot of downloading. I apparently reached my limit and donate again so I could give more space but found out that a lot of what I've downloaded did not add to my computer. Is there a reason why this is happening because it still showing on my account that I am taking up space and inching closer to my new limit? Is there anyway that my account to be credited back what I have already downloaded since I am trying to download everything again and it's just adding on to what I missed previously. You can check my account and see that I am re-downloading everything that I downloaded earlier. Please help! Take care.

If you use a torrent client to download like utorrent, once the download is completed you should be able to double click the torrent in the client and have the folder with the downloaded files open up. If you do this are there no downloaded files?

Can you maybe make a screenshot of your torrentclient or something else that could give us an indication to whats happening?
