hey, so I followed a guide showing how to re-seed with deluge. they said to re-download the .torrent, add in paused state, and choose to download to a location anywhere but where the file was originally downloaded, then hit OK. then you right click the torrent and choose "move storage" and then choose where the original file was downloaded from, and to then right click and force check, but this does nothing. neither does ignoring "choose to download to a location anywhere but where the file was originally downloaded" where i'll choose it anyway. it just wants to download the file over again. everything's named the same, etc. no idea how to do it with deluge. utorrent took care of it, but with deluge I can't get it and I don't like utorrent anymore. |

RESEEDING WITH DELUGE 1. Download torrent from the site. 2. Click “ add torrent” from your client. 3. Click” file”. 4. Now find from your computer where torrent file exist (usually small file 10-50 kb). 5. Highlight the torrent file you want to reseed. 6. Click “open”. New window opens. 7. Click “options” 8. Tick “add in paused state” 9. Click “add” 10. Now you see torrent you want to reseed in your Deluge client. 11. Highlight the torrent you want to reseed. 12. Right click your mouse. Small new window pops-up. 13. Click “move storage” 14. Now find from your computer where the actual file exists. 15. Open the folder where the actual file exists. 16. DO NOT HIGHLIGHT THE ACTUAL FILE OR ACTUAL FOLDER. 17. Click “ok” 18. Now you once again see your torrent in your Deluge client. 19. Right click your mouse. 20. Click “force re-check” 21. Now you see your client is re-checking file. 22. If everything went perfect, your client has re-checked the file 100% and it shows as paused state. 23. Right click your mouse. 24. Click “resume” 25. Now torrent should say “seeding”, instead of “paused”. 26. Now you are reseeding the torrent. |

Usually when you get that error, it tells that you have chosen wrong location where you have the actual file you want to reseed. You need to be sure that you have specified exactly right place where you have the actual file you want to reseed. Lets' say you have download file "xxxx" and it's in your computer @ C-drive -> MMA Events-folder -> xxxx. You open C-drive -> you open MMA-events folder and then you click OK. |

When there's only copule of more options which might be wrong. You need to be sure that file/folder is exactly same than in the site. Name is exactly same, size is exactly same. |

Try selecting the parent folder of that parent folder, who knows.. Yep, try that, usually there are no parent folders when peeps upload stuff. Usually it's just single file or one folder where the files are. |
