Post subject: Keep getting logged out and then told my username isn't correct?

Hi every time I log in everything is good until i click on a link to go to say...Browse,News,Upload... then it says to log in ( even though I am)but when i try to log in there it tells me my username isn't correct? Any help would be much appreciated

You are probably talking about being logged in to the forum, while you re possible not a member of the tracker. Forum is public, tracker is private and requires an invite.
