Hi there, I am using a seedbox (seedunlimited) and had no issue downloading and seeding at the beginning. Then since maybe 4 months I can't download or seed anymore. When I look at the status I have this message 'Timeout was reached' Do you please have any idea what could be the pb? Thanks! |

Hi arapuca, We are of course not blocking any seedbox in any way! At least not intentionally. I would suggest that you contact the support of the seedbox provider and ask them to make some tests. You could also PM me the seedbox RDNS and/or IP so that I can double check so that it is not blocked, not that I think it is but its worth a check. In the end it sounds like the seedbox server is not using an updated DNS and a reboot of it might solve that. But its just a theory. |

Then it was just the DNS that needed to be updated.  Linux servers usually dont update correctly until you reboot so I figured that could solve it, glad it did!!
