If you should run into this problem after uploading a torrent and trying to re-download it to add seed, the solution is to downgrade to utorrent 2.2.1 and re-create the torrent. (until they solve it and release a working version)

utorrent 2.2.1 download:

http://www.oldversion.com/main_download.php?sid=3665

You should be able to simply install it to get old version running with the same torrents etc as you had.
Remember to make backups of C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent (Win 7) in case something should mess up.


ps. with reservation to that they may have fixed this in any new version that comes out so if you dont have latest utorrent, try that first.
