Sorry, I am still learning about this site, but one question I can't the answer around is what kind of benefit do you get for being VIP member? |

Other than the warm and cosy feeling inside?  I think there might be some ratio ban protection (can't remember), but you get the ability to upload torrents yourself as well as invites to hand out to your mates and a bunch of free GBs on your upload to boost your ratio immdiately. |

Several things happen when you become VIP. Most important. You get immune against auto disabeling. Normally you must always keep your ratio over 0.6 to not be disabled. You get a warning and if you have not boosted your ratio until the given date you will get autodisabled. When you are VIP this will not happen. There is also a BIG difference in the eyes of the moderators. If a mod see a normal member hit and run he will probably simbly ban the member and disable his/hers account. If on the other hand it is a VIP member he will always try and contact the person first, talk to rest of staff and admin and be much more careful with making and changes or banning the member. You could say that as a donator/VIP you are part owner of the tracker as you contributed for its maintanence and that makes you a privileged member with a higher status in the community. You will also recieve better and faster support, tips about upcoming specials like double donations etc that we normally dont announce and other features that we make up as time goes by Off course another good motivation is the free GB's you recieve added to your uploaded amount. You get a real sweet ratio boost when you become VIP!
