Can this please be clarified. What am I rating? The content? The video quality? The packaging of the torrent?
I cant be the only one wondering exactly what it means

You are supposed to rate the overall value of the instructional.

If the content is excellent but the quality is less good, you might still want to rate it high because of the quality of what you can learn and use from watching the content.

Its not the packaging or speed of the torrent as much as what you feel what value it gave you personally.

Like "Would you recommend this to a friend that needs to learn this technique? (or whatever it might be) On a scale from 0 to 10 where 0 is No never and 10 Yes absolutely".

Does that make sense? :-?

Thanks for clarifying! I assumed that was how people used it. I just had an autistic moment and thought it was worth asking on behalf of both me and others that may wonder the same thing.
