Hey, I could use some help with a small issue I’m encountering. I tried to download a Collection, but every time I click the provided link, I’m redirected to a new page and asked to log in again, even though I’m already logged in. When I try to log in again, I get a message saying that my username and password combination is incorrect. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and how did you resolve it? |

I’m logged into the main site, but I’m not sure what you mean by “the tracker.” Is that a separate account or login required for downloads? |
