Hi, I've been a member for over 15 years and always maintain a good seed ratio. However, I have just been locked out of my account for some reason. I paid the $20 to get back in, which I don't mind, but upon checking my stats it seems they have all been reset, so I'm not sure what happened.

Is an admin able to take a look into this for me please?

Once you have recovered the account all stats are reset, so if you didn't know your ratio before I couldn't tell you now, I'm sorry. We intentionally do not keep such stats for a longer time.

That said, you (and I ) can check your downloaded list and add up the amount of downloaded files sizes and get an idea about your total downloaded amount. It looks like you have downloaded over 1500 torrents right now. And as far as I can see not many where freeleech or packs, basically only new events, so its probably the reason why your ratio was slowly eaten up. At least it lasted 15 years without you having to donate again Not bad brother!

Is there any way I can see a list of the torrents I have downloaded with the DL and UL amount? I just want to understand what has gone wrong as I always seed for a minimum of 2 weeks, sometimes a month, and my PC is never switched off. I have downloaded over 1500 torrents here over 15 years so just find it a bit difficult to understand that I have now all of a sudden dropped below the 0.4 ratio when it has never been an issue before......

What you did wrong was basically only downloading new events and non freeleech torrents, so you never really "built up" your ratio.
