i am fresh to the sport of mma and i joined the forum to learn as much as i can. does anyone have information on some sites that would have videos and education material for mma, particular on explosive power and strength trainng

There are alot of good sites around, there also alot of good tutorial videos on youtube... or you could join a tracker. :D
