Hi, since a couple of days i'm almost unable to browse the site because it won't load at all or if it loads it take a very long time to do so, sometimes it times out even. any help would be aprreciated thanks |

It works great for me from every location I test with VPN without VPN using a tunnel from another location whatever I try the site works well so I think it's probably on your side. Does anyone else have this problem? |

It would also be helpful if you gave some details about your location approximately, what kind of system you are using if you're on a mobile phone on a tablet if your Wi-Fi on cable Etc it's very hard to help somebody without information. |

hi thanks for the fast replies. location europe. connection is cable and cat5, pc. traceroute seemed ok was getting ping timeouts after some hops. right now site runs fast but it's a reocurring thing. will see if it's better using a vpn. thanks |

If you have a router you can try to restart it when it happens. It can make a difference in some cases. |
